Description

The Division of Preventive Medicine offers education programs that address falls and falls prevention to help senior citizens live healthy and independent lives.

Stepping On is a 7 week program that helps senior citizens develop specific knowledge and skills to prevent falls in community setting.

September: 15, 22, 29 (10:30am-12:30pm)

October: 6, 13, 20, 27 (10:30pm-12:30pm)
