Description

Studio in a School celebrates 40 years of delivering high-quality visual arts education to underserved public school students in New York City. Vibrant and fanciful artwork created by students from Studio’s partner schools adorn a beautifully decorated tent, designed by BronsonVan Wyck. The event will include cocktails and a seated dinner honoring Raymond McGuire of Citi for his outstanding leadership in New York City’s arts and culture community, a group of artists who have generously donated their art to benefit Studio; and a group of long-time Studio Artist Instructors for their extraordinary commitment to the children of New York City. Due to the generosity of Studio’s Board of Directors, 100% of the tax-deductible portion of each table and ticket purchase directly supports Studio’s New York City programs, which serve tens of thousands of students each year, and the Studio Institute, which expands Studio’s impact to cities and students across the U.S. The Gala’s co-sponsors are The Row and David Yurman.
