On Saturday, July 12 BVAC will present Summer Concert at the Conklin House featuring " The Amigos Band"on the Conklin House lawn. The music begins at 8:15. Rockin' accordion solos, dare-devil harmony singing, and wild western-wear have tajken THE AMIGOS BAND from sold-out shows at Lincoln Center to the Philadelphia Folk Festival and Nashville's Music City Roots.
The Amigos have recently returned from a 6 week tour of South Eaast Asia where,as U.S. Department of State musical ambassadors, they delivered their foot-stomping, accordian -infused Americana music blending folk, rock, zydeco/cajun and jazz.
This event is free and opened o the public and is made possible in part through funding from Suffolk County Department of Economic
Development and Planning. Bring a chair and a friend and enjoy this great music under the stars in Babylon Village.
