Description

There are moments in life when we feel overwhelmed, fatigued, and frustrated for no apparent reason.  Spiritual pain is often experienced as a physical pain that not even medication can touch.  A lost relationship or a personal/professional setback (for example) may never have been processed, along with its respective ebb and flow of painful feelings. 

During this workshop, participants will explore the cycles of pain, discuss ways to deal with this pain, and notice the moments offered from the divine to help us.
