Renowned chef Peter Berley, author of several best-selling cookbooks, including The Flexitarian Table, will offer an in-depth discussion, demonstration, and tasting of traditional French country bread leavened with wild-crafted sourdough culture. Each attendee will receive sourdough culture and recipes with which to begin their own bread-baking tradition. Lecture and demonstration, including some delicious samples!
