A Three Part Course - with Liz Tucker Dunne

Nourishing your body with nutritious food is perceived as an act of self-love by the body.  When you love yourself, it is as if you are saying "Yes!" to life.  By feeding your body with love and nutrients, an auspicious shift will begin to occur in all other aspects of your existence, transforming your health, happiness, and destiny for the better.  In this course, Liz will take a scientific and energetic approach to the benefits of incorporating more wholesome foods into your diet.  You will receive the information, tips, and tools on how to access your most vibrant self, starting with your mouth!

Topics covered will be:
  • The Three Gunas.  The Yoga of Conscious eating, the energy of food highlighting the importance of choosing organic.
  • Ahimsa and Vegetarianism.  Developing compassion as a means to deeper peace.  Becoming aware: the truth behind the meat and dairy industry.
  • The Science of Ayurveda.  Living in harmony with the season for optimum energy and balance.
  • Intuition and Wellness.  How to create reasonable yet challenging goals for yourself.
There will be a Q&A session after each class.

*Emphasis will also be placed on the power and beauty of journaling as a means to document the journey towardxs transformation.*

*The first two classes are lecture based, the third class is a FOOD TASTING!  Leave happy and inspired with new recipes to try!*

*We will practice eating mindfully and learn the powerful effects of prayer and gratitude.*

$65 for all three classes
$20 for a drop-in, $30 for food demo drop-in.
