The combination of low relative humidity levels and increasing northerly flow today will result in conditions favorable for the rapid spread of brush fires. Relative humidities will be lowest this afternoon...dropping into the 20s across the area. Winds will be light this morning... increasing this afternoon to 10 to 15 mph with 20 to 25 mph gusts. The risk will diminish by this evening as relative humidities increase and the winds begin to diminish. For four decades performance artist Marina Abramovic' has used her own body as a medium, pushing herself beyond her limits. After her landmark retrospective at MoMA in 2010, she collaborated with director Robert Wilson, singer-composer Antony Hegarty and performer Willem Dafoe, to create an experimental opera based on her biography. The work, 'The Life and Death of Marina Abramovic,' will be performed at Luminato in Toronto June 14-17. Hear her talk about her work, the collaboration and the future of performance art with New York Times culture reporter Patricia Cohen.
