CHRISTMAS IN JULY - The Valley Stream Community Band, currently in its 65th season of concerts in Valley Stream, will be performing a concert of music celebrating the unofficial holiday of "Christmas in July". Selections will include All I Want For Christmas is You, Polar Express, Sleigh Ride, the Stars and Stripes For Christmas and many others. The concert is free and is held at the bandshell on the Village Green behind the library and village hall. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the music under the stars.
