We are inviting you to attend the Valley Stream Community Fest Saturday, Spetember 23, 2017 on Rockaway Ave from Merrick Rd all the way to Sunrise Highway. The Fest is not just a street fair, it's an annual, one-day celebration displaying the diversified uniqueness of Valley Stream through its culture, visual and performing arts, food, business culture, service organizations, craft & general merchandise. The Rockaway Ave Business District will be open for business as usual. We again are anticipating another successful year in 2017. Last year well over 10,000 visitors attended our Community Fest.
Will have the Town of Hempstead Stage featuring neighboring & local talent throughout the day, Nassau County Police Activity League Valley Stream Unit and other organizations are participating in our sports area, spaces for approx 235 craft & general merchandise vendors, religious, school & community organizations, live performances at out huge kids entertainment area, a bowling lane, dunking tank, free children train rides, bounce house, arts & crafts for kids, jewelry, specialty food vendors, clothing, artwork, etc. 10x10 street spaces, Journal Ads are available. Spaces are limited; Apply ASAP; Free Admission; Free Parking!
