9th Annual "Walk for a Cause" Raises Funds for America’s VetDogs*

BLUE POINT, NY - September 30, 2014 - The Bayport-Blue Point Community Lions Club today announced that they will host its annual "Walk for a Cause" - open to the public, with or without dogs – to help raise funds for America’s VetDogs. Created by the Guide Dog Foundation, America’s VetDogs provides guide dogs and service dogs free of charge to disabled veterans and active duty personnel.

TIME: 8:30am Onsite Registration opens (walk-ins welcome)

9:30am Walk Begins

Cost: $10 Pre-Registration (due by October 20, 2014)

$15 Onsite Registration available day of event

$25 Family Registration (includes 2 adults & 1-3 children)

(Sponsorships available: businesses can have names printed on event handouts for donations over $50)
