Description

Join the State Park Naturalist for an hour long hike around Walking Dunes. Discover how the dunes "walk". Look out over the canopy of neighboring Hither Woods State Park. Stroll through the Phantom Forest, past a natural cranberry bog, and hunt for an elusive carnivorous plant. Please wear appropriate clothing for weather and comfortable hiking shoes.

Hikers will meet at the Hither Hills State Park Camp Office then drive the short distance to the trailhead.
