Jonathan’s Ristorante and The Prisoner Wine Company will host a three-course wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, June 28 at 7 p.m. Guests may enjoy hors d’oeuvres and Whispering Angel Rosé upon arrival at the bar and each dish on the three-course menu will be paired with a Prisoner Wine Company wine. An expert rep from the company will be in attendance and will give a background on each wine and a manager from Jonathan’s Ristorante will explain the dish pairing. Groups of four or more will receive their own table and groups of two will be seated with another couple. Cost for the evening is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity. All reservations must be made in-advance and there will be a $20 deposit per person. The menu, subject to change, is as follows:
