Afternoon Session:  Women at Work.  The problems of women engineers are felt to some degree by all working people and effect both individuals and families.

One in four women engineers after the age of thirty-five compared with one in one in ten men.  AAUW’s most recent research indicates that women who stay and women who leave are much the same.  The difference is in their working conditions.  We will hear from some outstanding women engineers about the challenges and solutions for women today.  Learn from women in the field what is happening and what needs to happen to creates a balanced successful work and life experience.
