This Yoga class will provide a safe, non-competitive, beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, where students are able to grow in Body, Mind & Spirit. We will teach many forms of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin yoga. You will also learn yoga philosophy, deep breathing techniques and meditation.
This class holds a maximum of 15 students.
