JumpBunch, the leading national provider of mobile sports and fitness programs for children 2-12 yrs., offers an exciting new way to introduce VOLLEYBALL to students in 2nd through 6th grades! We’ll learn and practice important elements of volleyball and focus on working together as a team and how to compete gracefully – win or lose. At the end of the program, students will have a greater understanding of the fundamentals of this fast-growing sport, along with the knowledge and skills of volleyball. Most of all, we’re going to have fun after school with our friends.
The 4-session clinic is open to boys and girls and divided into two age groups: 2nd & 3rd graders and 4th, 5th, & 6th graders.
Each group will meet for an hour-long class each week,led by Chris Holden, the current Head Boys Varsity and JV Coach at Ward Melville High School, as well as Middle School Volleyball Coach at Murphy Junior High School. Coach Holden has many years of experience coaching boys and girls school and travel volleyball teams.
Session Dates: Thursday 2/4,Monday 2/8, Thursday 2/11, Monday 2/22
Times: Grades 2-3 at 5:30 – 6:30pm
Grades 4-6 at 6:45 – 7:45pm
