22 PTSD Awareness Challenge
Veterans from the local community will kayak 22 miles cross-sound from Bridgeport, CT to Port Jefferson, NY. The goal is to increase awareness for the 22 veterans who take their own lives everyday. This event will help non-profits raise money and promote services to community members.
After the challenge, there will be free food, live music, family fun and resource/vendor tables.
