Join us for the fourth annual Junior Iron Chef Competition! Middle and high school students are invited to compete, in teams of 3-5, to create unique dishes that feature local and USDA commodity ingredients.
The goal is to create an awareness and appreciation of the sustainable food system and to get schools committed to providing quality, locally-grown foods for their students. Have an elementary school team?
