"Each year, the Suffolk County Office for the Aging holds the Farewell to Summer Concert as an outreach event to introduce older residents to the office and services available to them through Suffolk County.
“This popular event has attracted scores of residents over the past few years who enjoy an evening of music in their own backyards,” said County Executive Bellone. “This year’s performance will be another worthwhile chance for everyone to come out and hear some of their favorite time-honored hits."
Tradewinds is pleased to return to Patchogue Theatre for this end of summer great musical event. Long Island’s well known 11 piece premiere cover band, Tradewinds has been entertaining in the NY metro area for over a decade. The band can be seen at many large open events though out the year but also at New York’s top venues performing rock, pop, country and contemporary hits. The four piece horn section and powerful five vocalists are always exciting to see in action. Join Tradewinds as they take you from the greatest hits of the 50s and 60s ,through the disco and rock of the 70s and 80s, and to well known songs of the 90s to present day. From Frankie Valli to Bruno Mars, it is a show you shouldn’t miss!
