WHAT: 8th Annual Lauri Strauss Leukemia Foundation Ride for Research Bike Tour/Baywalk. Enjoy this ride (not a race) while helping to raise money for cancer research. There are four options: 3.3 mile ride/ (riders can do course twice totaling 6.6 miles), 14 mile ride, 21 mile ride and the fourth option is a 3 mile Bay walk route.
Ride or walk to help raise money to beat leukemia and allied cancers.
Join as an individual, or as a team with friends, family or co-workers.
All participants will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win a great prize. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased during the event.
Plan to stay after your ride/walk and enjoy food and beverages generously donated by our sponsors.
Register by May 5h to be guaranteed an event T-shirt.
Late registrants will receive T-shirts while supplies last.
The top three individuals and top three team fundraisers will be awarded a winner's certificate and a valuable gift basket, along with being named in post-event publicity.

WHO: The Lauri Strauss Leukemia Foundation honors the memory of Lauri Strauss, who succumbed to Acute Myelogenous Leukemia at the early age of 26. Its mission is to find a cure for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin Disease, Myeloma and other cancers by means of awarding Discovery Grants to innovative developmental research projects at many of our countries most respected medical institutions.
