Description

Long Island Traditions partners with East Meadow Public Library in presenting the great Luis Cordero on October 22, 2020 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

In 1973, Luis formed his first band playing merengue, bachata and boleros in Santo Domingo. Merengue is a traditional type of dance music accompanied by the tambora and güira. Bachata is a style of romantic guitar music. He continued to develop his extraordinary talent and band when in moved to Freeport. Join us for amazing music and a wonderful time with one of the best meregue, bachata and boleros bands in New York!
