In this 6-week program geared towards the absolute beginner, you will develop a yoga practice while focusing on general postures.
You will learn the fundamentals of a healthy yoga practice and you will also learn how the use of props can support your body so that you can experience the postures safely.
We are a welcoming, accepting, non-competitive environment and this program is a body positive program open to all shapes, sizes, genders and ethnicity.
Wear what you like (just make sure it's comfortable to move in!) and be who you are!
