We invite you to join us at Island Psychiatry for an afternoon of self care education, support, relaxation, and self love while also embracing the holiday spirit by donating to and supporting the work of an amazing organization responsible for educating and supporting many people, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Our self care fair will host different stations, each selected with self care and self love in mind. There will be free depression screenings, positive self image selfies, yoga, aromatherapy, reiki, massage therapy, acupuncture, suicide prevention information, coping skills coaching, raffle, soothing teas and more! All proceeds raised at this charity event are being donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We are accepting donations of any kind, any amount is deeply appreciated and gives the AFSP the funding needed to create a culture that’s smart about mental health through education and community programs, develop suicide prevention through research and advocacy, and provide support for those affected by suicide.
