If you have been practicing for years, and want a class that focuses on the fundamental postures at a slower pace--this is your class.
Level 1 is a foundational class designed to teach the practice of yoga from the ground up, AND be a class you can do for the rest of your life. In this class, you will learn the basic postures of the sun salutations while concentrating on alignment and breath. This is a slower yet more challenging practice is perfect for beginner or anyone returning to practice after an injury or hiatus.
