Join the Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library for a beginner yoga series taught by Amy Perri, eRYT500, Registered Yoga Teacher. This virtual class is comprised of gentle yoga postures and movement, breath practice and deep relaxation. These classes are open to everyone, regardless of age or experience, and includes floor work. Please dress comfortably, grab your mat, small blanket and pillow to sit on if possible and refrain from any heavy meals before class. Please try to sign in at least 5 minutes early to settle in. During this unprecedented time, we need our yoga practice more than ever. Please join us!
