Boatyard Bash & Buoy Cruise!
Boatyard Bash 2-7PM
We’re bringing the Blue Point Boatyard to your backyard. Come to the best parking lot party that Freeport has ever seen with an afternoon of games, prizes, live music, chef demos and as much beer as we can carry! Meet the brewers and help us give a toast to the East Coast.
Buoy Cruise 3-5PM ($10)
During the Boatyard Bash, explore your city and have fun doing it! On your cruise, you will get to scavenge for items, partake in challenges, take pictures, and sample some Blue Point Beers. How you choose to cruise is up to you--whether on foot, bike rollerblades etc. (absolutely no driving allowed). Earn points by completing tasks at the bars along the famed “Nauty Mile.” Points can be redeemed for awesome prizes back at the Boatyard Bash.
100% of the Buoy Cruise proceeds will help benefit Sea Tow Foundation, a nonprofit organization that promotes safe boating practices and educational initiatives that directly reduce accidents, fatalities and property damage related to recreational boating.
Note: Free shuttle transportation will be provided from the Freeport LIRR Station for Saturday events.
