As a proudly local craft brewery, Blue Point Brewing Company supports, champions and celebrates the craft brewing industry as a whole. After a brief hiatus due to the pandemic, Blue Point’s signature event makes its triumphant return for the 2021 Cask Ales Festival. Featuring traditional casks of beer in a wide variety of flavors and styles, the festival will be one to remember. With over 50 craft breweries from around the U.S. participating, Cask Fest will be held in Blue Point’s hometown of Patchogue, New York. The festival will transform the brewery's property into a celebration of all things cask beer, offering brews for connoisseurs and novices alike to enjoy. Along with these visiting brands, host Blue Point is offering samples of their innovative beers for attendees to enjoy. Cask beers are traditionally served warm, directly from the vessel they were brewed in, into the imbiber’s cup! Drinking from a cask is a completely unique experience, unlike bottles or cans found in a store, which makes Cask Fest all the more special.
Along with Blue Point, Barrier Brewing Company, Secatogue Brewing Company, and Devils Backbone Brewing will also have casks on site. Live music will be performed by Ernie & The Band, Soundswell, and Jah Stix.
Those who are 21+ are welcome to join the festivities. Please be advised that either proof of full vaccination or a 72-hour negative test are required for entry.
