This six-week workshop will take you through the ABC’s of fitness. Learn how to maximize your group fitness experience with tips on proper form while setting new goals and reaching a new level of fitness!
Week 1: Alignment – form and function
Week 2: Balance – using props (Bosu, stability balls) for physical balance and muscular imbalances
Week 3: Core Conditioning – core exercises train your body’s muscles to work in harmony for better balance & stability
Week 4: Definition – sculpted definition achieved with high reps and low weights focusing on muscular endurance
Week 5: Exercise Prescription – how much and how often to get you leaner and stronger
Week 6: Flexibility – stretching improves range of motion, exercise performance, and decreases the risk of injury
