"In this course, Broadway performer and coach Heather Parcells will guide students through musical theater classes- including Acting, Voice and Dance- as well as teaching mindfulness through short and simple guided meditation, Pilates, and yoga strengthening. Heather’s approach will help students develop the techniques needed for strong auditions, amazing performances and nurture the social/emotional skills to manage stress and uncertainty in our new theater world. THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE ON ZOOM."
