Canine Companions Northeast Region is pleased to announce the rescheduled dates for the Snoopy & Peanuts Collectables auction for Friday October 13th and Saturday October 14th, 2017. The 2 day event is being held at the Canine Companions Training Facility in Medford, NY and promises to be a once in a lifetime chance to obtain older Peanuts collectibles that have been donated to Canine Companions by a long time ECC attendee who wishes to remain anonymous. Much sought after items such as Peanut banks, musicals, ornaments and much more will be offered to the highest bidder with all the proceeds going to Canine Companions. The auction is open to anyone and there is no admission to attend the auction. There will also be tours of the training center on Saturday between auction sessions as well as a light lunch. What a rare chance to see where dollars raises over the years at ECC events have gone in supporting the facility. See the many naming plaques bearing the ECC name on kennels, play yards, offices, gift shop, paver bricks, etc. On Friday evening, a Peanuts Paint & Sip will be held at Canine Companions with the subject being a Peanuts themed design. Space is limited to the first 40 people who register and the cost for the Friday event is $40 and includes and instructor, all the painting supplies, plus pizza and wine, for each participant.
