Description

Sid Jacobson JCC's The Fay J. Lindner Senior Services Center, CARE DAY SYMPOSIUM 

Join us for an informative event to learn practical tips, get creative ideas to ease stress and find out how medical cannabis can help featuring:

  • Teepa Snow, Dementia Care Training Specialist MS/OTR/L, FAOTA
  • Grace I. Forde, MD, Pain Medicine/Neurology
  • Taylor Herbert LCSW, Sid Jacobson JCC’s Director of Specialized Senior Services
  • Dr. David Davis, author of Support the Caregiver

The day includes a resource fair with more than 30 community vendors. CEU’s are available to social workers and case managers. Advance registration required by Monday, November 12. Valet parking, breakfast, and lunch are included.
