A key element of this is event is the CBC Culinary Championships and will see Chefs representing various Caribbean Islands compete to win the CBC 2018 Culinary Championship Trophy. Some of these chefs are Chef Yanick Pyrame – Haiti, Chef Cookie Intl – Haiti; Spices Negril Restaurant & Lounge – Jamaica; Chef Gary – Jamaica; Sati Roti - Trinidad & Tobago, Chef Hulando Shaw and Vegan Chef of Real Veggie Inc & Chef Doris Rodney - The Hills Restaurant Bar & Grill- Guyana.
At this celebration with ‘all you can eat’ delicious Caribbean food there will be opportunity for business owners and professionals to network as well as enjoy the cultural display.
