Join the Friends of Caleb Smith Preserve for its fourth annual Fall Festival to be held at Caleb Smith State Park Preserve, West Jericho Turnpike (Route 25), Smithtown on Sunday, September 24 from 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Many activities geared to the natural features of the historic park will be on hand. These include: kids fishing (free bait and tackle), free pumpkins for kids 12 and younger, Nature tours by popular local naturalists, hikes and demonstrations, continuous live music, face-painting, Colonial crafts and games for children, fly-fishing demonstrations, antique cars, 50/50 raffle, rehabilitated animal display. food and ice cream.
