Take Steps is the Foundation’s fundraising walk campaign where patients and their families are able to CONNECT with their local inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) community, helping them understand that they are never alone in this fight. However, it is more than just a walk, it is where the IBD community comes together to EMPOWER and INSPIRE each other to fight against Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
The mission of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are collectively known as inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD).
