Envy on the Coast at The Paramount
Envy on the Coast returned to the stage in 2016 with their first shows in 7 years. Ryan Hunter & Brian Byrne set out to prove that their bar for their live show is just as high as when they left the stage in 2010. Any skepticism of a new lineup was quickly quelled at their packed out Webster Hall and Paramount shows, as well as their headlining shows across the country.
In an interviews following their return, Hunter & Byrne made it clear they have more music to share and the main goal of revamping the project was to take the project somewhere new. They capped off their nostalgic chapter by putting out ‘Ritual’, a 6 song EP containing songs that were written just after the group disbanded in 2010, as a farewell to that era of the band.
With their live show more impressive and mesmerizing than ever, their fans patiently wait for what will truly be their first new music in 7 years.
