About Stepping On Classes
Throughout the year, we offer Stepping On Classes in Suffolk and Nassau counties. The free seven-week, evidence-based fall prevention program is designed to reduce falls and build confidence in older adults. All sessions are offered in the community, at public libraries and other easily accessible facilities.
