Take a tasty family culinary journey to explore the noodle cultures of Italy, Japan, Morocco, Peru, Russia and the U.S. during this series of weekly six hour long interactive classes Presented by acclaimed caterer Great Performances and respected nonprofit The Sylvia Center, dedicated to teaching young people the connection between food and health, each class willg o through the step-by-step preparation of a healthful noodle dish from one of the six coubtries on the journey.. During thec classes the chef instructor, specially trained by The Sylvia Center to work with a wide range of ages and skill levels, will also address a specific cooking technique or compelling food related topic.
To assure engaging interactivity, the number of Zoom seats for each classis is limited; although participants may have as many children and adults in their kitchens as they like.
