Undocumented is the life story of Dr. Harold Fernandez, Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Southside Hospital and shares the true story of his journey from a 13-year old undocumented immigrant to a preeminent cardiac surgeon. The documentary, produced by first-time filmmaker Patricia Shih has won twelve awards and honors and the story has been told in the New York Daily News and New York Times.
