This engaging workshop will explore the causes and symptoms of anxiety and stress.
As a group, we will learn what triggers our anxiety and how we can better control it.
We will focus on developing grounding mechanisms in order to reduce this burden in our daily lives, through the practices of clinical, holistic and spiritually based methods.
You will acquire the knowledge to reorganize negative self-talk and learn how to implement stress-reduction techniques.
You will also be led through a guided meditation to relax your nervous system and mind. Please dress comfortably.
