"Five Pillars has been serving the Hamptons community for the last 4 years. During this pandemic, people need yoga more than ever, not only to maintain respiratory health, but more importantly, emotional well-being. Scientists have suggested that outdoor activities where social distancing and/or mask usage is possible is the safest way to stay healthy. SAC is thrilled to partner with Five Pillars to offer daily yoga classes at 9:30 AM on our expansive grounds. This way we can ensure the safety of the students and teachers, and continue to offer the high-quality yoga that Five Pillars is known for.
All Outdoor Classes are Weather Permitting.

Vinyasa 2 Description: Suitable for all experience levels, these well-rounded classes feature flowing movements, deeper holds, and emphasis on intentional breath, while building strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Variations for greater challenge or ease will be offered.
Vinyasa 3 Description: This powerful and invigorating flow will combine the fluid movements of Vinyasa with deeper holds, innovative sequencing, advanced postures and inversions. This vigorousclass is recommended for more experienced practitioners."
