Description

 Jonathan’s Ristorante has announced they will host a four-course wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, October 16 at 7 p.m. Guests will enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu featuring Vietti wine pairings (www.vietti.com/en/) and regional flavors of Piedmont will be highlighted. Cost is $110 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant directly at (631) 549-0055. The menu, subject to change, is as follows:

 

First Course

Vitello Tonnato

Thinly sliced veal served with tuna and caper sauce
