Call (631) 870-3444 to schedule an appointment. Only those with an appointment will receive the flu shot.
When arriving at St. Catherine's, follow the signs to the mobile flu shot location where you will receive paperwork to complete. Once completed, you will receive your flu shot.
Masks must be worn as well as a shirt that allows easy access to the shoulder.
Must be 18 years of age or older to receive the flu shot.
