This 4 week series will be held every Thursday night starting September 30, 2021 from 5:00pm-6:00pm. Daily Buddhist chanting will follow at 6:00pm and Buddhist sitting meditation at 6:30pm. All are welcome.
Yoga is a spiritual discipline which focuses on bringing together physical and mental disciplines to achieve harmony between the mind and body. This workshop is ideal for beginners and focuses on gentle movements, yoga poses and stretches. Yoga has many benefits which include helping manage stress & anxiety, providing relaxation, increased flexibility, muscle strength and body tone.
