You will be led on relaxing journey with a beautiful guided meditation designed to relax you and leave your stress behind!
You will also be receiving healing energy throughout the meditation to bring your bodies energy back into alignment so body will better able to heal itself. When you effectively clear the energy, the body can and will heal itself.

We will begin with a guided meditation to relax you for healing.
During the meditation each person will receive reiki and/or reconnective healing.
