Join us for this new series in which we’ll learn the basics of how to meditate and how to set up a daily practice. Meditation is easy to learn and can have a very positive impact on our lives.
Part 1: The Basics & The Benefits of Meditation – What is meditation and how do we do it? How can it help us deal with the stresses and problems of daily life?
Part 2: The Power & Potential of our Mind – We will learn a simple meditation called Clarity of Mind. Through practicing this meditation we can experience the peace that comes from allowing our minds to settle and become still.
Part 3: Inner Transformation & The Benefits of a Steady Practice – The practice of meditation gives us the ability to change in a deep way, at the heart level.
