Take time for yourself with a gentle hatha yoga class designed to slowly wake up your body and prepare you for the week ahead.
Class will start with an opening pranayama (breathing) exercise and short meditation followed by an energizing flow designed to slowly open and stretch the muscles in the body where poses will be repeated and held. Class ends with a relaxing savasana. Students will leave feeling focused and energized.
