Date & Time
Known as "America's First Family of Fireworks," six generations of the Grucci family have been lighting the skies since 1850. After emigrating from South Italy, the family established their headquarters in Suffolk County and have remained here ever since, as their industry and their art spread around the globe. From world record awards to military contracts, tragedy to triumphs, the Suffolk County Historical Society's special summer exhibit celebrates the history of this Suffolk County family through their private family photographs, industry artifacts, and behind-the-scenes videos. Curated by Victoria Berger.
