This week they will cover making simple remedies from dried and fresh herbs, extracts, and infusions. Topics and remedies covered will include: herbal teas and bath teas, poultices, syrups, salves, pills, tonics, switchels, and more!
Learn to combine and use your simple remedies effectively to treat illness and support good health. Participants will make-and-take a handful of useful remedies—a first-aid salve, a brain tonic, and a sore muscle soak. Workshop is beginner friendly, includes materials, and will last 2-3 hours.
