IMPROV FOR EVERYONE is a no-experience required monthly improvisation training group designed for anyone interested to play improv games, which are the best way to expand your capacity for fun and creativity. Improv helps us discover how to tap our potential for joy, and connect with other people in positive, supportive ways that are naturally therapeutic. Through these games and exercises we develop creative thinking and rich exploration of ideas that galvanizes energy for real-life challenges. In this group we focus on:
Generating a positive mindset and the "state of play";
Discovering spontaneity and its possibilities for enriching daily life;
Building each other up and maximizing the creative potential to tell stories together that we make up on the spot;
Find the most interesting truths about human behavior;
Find the funny in the interesting truths;
