Description

Take part in the International Coastal Cleanup by joining forces today with the National Park Service and Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation to help clear Fire Island’s shore of unsightly and harmful marine debris. Learn about the sources of marine debris and the impact it has on marine life; document the trash collected to help inform ocean policy and ensure the future health of the marine ecosystem. Bring work gloves if possible.
