The Long Island Bulldog Rescue, locally established rescue group, dedicated to helping, healing, and homing English Bulldogs who are abandoned, abused, neglected, or released from an owner is holding their annual yard/estate sale event. All monies made and donations given will go directly to the rescue for medical needs and daily care of the bulldogs. There will be bullies on hand for guests to meet, as well as LIBR volunteers who will be there to answer all questions on adoption, care and volunteering. Mobile dog grooming and hot dogs, hamburgers, and other refreshments will be available for an additional donation. Music and entertainment will also be a part of the fun-filled day
The Long Island Bulldog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization founded in 1999 by Laurette Richin, Executive Director. LIBR is a member of The Bulldog Club of America Rescue Network and the Mayor’s Alliance for New York City animals.
